No Kinfolks Left Behind Initiative (NKLB), an initiative which began with the curiosity of a ten year old little girl and manifested as the passion of one woman, Monica O. Young, Founder. Today two dozen branches have been located totaling nearly ten thousand kinfolks.
Through NKLB’s singular mission of unity; clients and relatives cry with joy. It is a voyage of self-discovery, education and rekindling connection that keeps the organization purposeful.
Everyday a new experience, it brings about challenging and nurtures the ever-growing and never ending goal of no kinfolks being left by the waste side.
NKLB specializes in genealogy in today’s modern society. NKLB forges ancestral connections and brings living relatives full circle by analyzing historic records, monitoring social network activities and interviewing elders.
To educate and empower future generations of tomorrow with relevant information about their heritage.
To support, recognize and celebrate kinfolks’ personal and professional milestones such as nuptials, births, graduations, promotions and retirements.
To gather, document, organize our skills, talents and intelligence for the purpose of spiritual growth, educational inspiration and economical advancement of the entire family.
To collect images, stories, in-kind donations and monetary contributions for the 2014 Family Video Memoir, Souvenir Book & Reunion Presentation (600+ photos and 9,000+ relatives on the Family Tree) .
To keep our ancestors and elders legacy alive of unity 24 hours 7 days a week by having a virtual family reunion daily on our very own secured social network called NKLB.org. To stop the Willie Lynch and Crab in Barrel Syndrome which has plagued families for centuries.
